There will also be two invited chefs from the Sabor a Cabo by American Express committee: Francis Reynard & Jean Georges as jury, who will decide the winning dish that will receive a prize. There will be giant screens and video cameras that will broadcast live both the competition and the preparations in the different stands so that all restaurants and wine houses have exposure the night of the event.
