Chef Con Sabor A Cabo

The public through an online system will vote the 60 participating restaurants and 40 wineries in various categories such as best stand, best sweet proposal, best red wine, etc.

In addition during the night of November 30, there will be 10 spaces available to cook on duo 10 restaurants with an international chef invited by them, internationally recognized. There will also be two invited chefs from the Sabor a Cabo by American Express committee: Francis Reynard & Jean Georges as jury, who will decide the winning dish that will receive a prize.

There will be giant screens and video cameras that will broadcast live both the competition and the preparations in the different stands so that all restaurants and wine houses have exposure the night of the event.
